PALLET TRUCK SCALE BASE (PTSB)
1. The PTSB-X is essentially a floor scale on wheels, utilizing four shear beams.

It can therefore, be connected to any electronic indicator commonly used with (or can be interfaced to) a four shear beam type scale. This, of course, can include various options such as a printer, a second scale ("slave"), telemetry, and so on.

It doubles up as a heavy duty, industrial, rugged pallet jack to move heavy loads around.
2. The PTSB is produced in Japan, by a leading pallet truck manufacturer, specifically for this application (U.S. Patent 4,666,004). It features:
  • Weighing capacity up to 5000 lbs.
  • Accurate to .1% of applied load even when weight is placed on one side of the scale.
  • Tedea-Huntleigh load cells, NTEP 5000 d (multiple) and FM approved.
  • Fits most standard pallets.
  • Leak-proof pump with overload capacity, Polyurethane wheels, and sealed ball bearing.
  • 46" long forks in 28 ½" width and 39" X 20".
  • Optional Brake Set.
